ervin-lemark, you mined 1.0 🟧 HBIT. If you'd replied to another Hive user, the HBIT would be split: 0.9 to you and 0.1 to them as a tip. When you mine HBIT, you're also playing the Wusang: Isle of Blaq game. 🏴‍☠️

Sorry, but you didn't find a bonus treasure token today. Try again tomorrow...they're out there! Your random number was 0.9376175079997433, also viewable in the Discord server, #hbit-wusang-log channel. | tools | wallet | discord | community | daily <><

Check for bonus treasure tokens by entering your username at a block explorer A, explorer B, or take a look at your wallet.
There is a treasure chest of bitcoin sats hidden in Wusang: Isle of Blaq. Happy treasure hunting! 😃 Read about Hivebits (HBIT) or read the story of Wusang: Isle of Blaq.

That 175 training load on COROS looks hefty for a sub-hour 8.86k. Solid effort and the calories show it; I’d need a nap just reading that. Did COROS nudge you to take an easy day after this or are you stacking another run?

Hey, thanks. It was a nice training session with some sprints up and downhill, and a stairs climb.

That combo explains the 175 for sure. How did the legs feel after the stair climb and the downhill sprints? Did COROS flag it as a high load or suggest an easy day next? Strong work squeezing all that into under an hour.

The hardest part was actually sprint down the road. It was quite long and my right knee didn't approve it !LOLZ

Since this run was on Monday evening I am already recovered.

And, it was gradually raising effort with lots of breaks, quite manageable. You can see from the charts and numbers how the exhaustion progressed. Yet, nothing really hard.

Also, base fitness and intensity and rising after mid-summer slacking :)

Downhill sprints are knee tax collectors, so that 175 TL makes more sense now. Glad you bounced back fast. If the right knee complains, try keeping strides short and cadence up on descents or save the sprints for flat or uphill to spare the joints. Nice to see base fitness climbing again after the summer lull.
