salt cave
Have you been to the salt cave? It is said that one hour in this salt room is beneficially equal to two days at the seaside.
The floor and the walls in the room are covered with thick salty pebbles. The air is +, well, salty. It is warm inside and you can easily fall asleep.
While the cover photo was taken without the fleshlight, this one shows better the colours in the room.
In one hour spent inside I did breathing exercises and took several naps, I think.
It was very refreshing. I need one of these at home. Along with the flotation tank, of course.
Actifit count? Nothing much. Apart from the morning run, the day was sedentary.

It is warm inside? I visited once a salt mine in Romania and as far as I can remember, it was cold inside. I was there only as a tourist, but the feeling was really indescribable - the very descent underground, the very environment, the salt and everything around. It definitely has a beneficial effect on the senses and the body.
Yes, these artificial salt caves are warm and cosy. You can fall asleep since it's not cold enough to keep your body alert or uncomfortable.
