March Run #9: Beast of Črnuče

avatar

This is a late report for the Monday, March 9th run. After a long weekend in the mountains, we came back home. Running was the last item on the daily schedule.

Cover photo from my Coros Pace watch shows a scene from happier times, the planes and mountains behind the Nassfeld pass.

For the run, I decided to draw something. On the map. This beastie. Do you fancy it?

Ps: with publishing this report, I am five runs short of being on track with the @exhaust reports.

All the physical activity data that I display in my @exhaust and @actifit reports is gathered with the help of Coros Pace sports watch and displayed with Coros app.

You have uploaded 330 running activities, and 77 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 77 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 297.60 kms at an average pace of roughly 6:06 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.318min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
