4x3 min intervals

Another set of intervals. This time 4 by 3 minutes. It was late in the evening on a cold day after the wet snowfall. Which meant that the asphalt was very icy and slippery. Several times I danced on the floor.

The run was fun as always. Slipping and sliding included. It wasn't the fastest yet I was very attentive all the time. Especially with the white lines on the floor. They are slippery as hell as many road cyclists already know.

Tomorrow a continuation run of 3.5 kilometers.

Awesome work @ervin-lemark I've been doing a lot more intervals and they feel great at the moment so hope they are making me faster as well
