2nd 45 min recovery run of the week
It was an event-packed day. I somehow managed to squeeze the run between office work and afternoon activities. It was cold and sunny, a perfect weather for a short run.
The second of three consecutive 45 minutes long recovery runs. Into the Magpie's valley and back with the peace quicker on the way back. Enjoyable and entertaining.
I donned my new warmup shorts for the first time. They do keep you warm. NIce.
Warmup shorts? This:
Local Hofer / Aldi store, 12 €. Cheap.

Great job. How do you link your strava proof of run on Exhaust?
Thank you.
Are you asking about Strava syncing to Exhaust or about the link in the footer of my reports? The other is done manually :)
I was curious about the link in the footer. I should also do that. It looks neat :)

Nice shorts! Maybe I should get some warmer ones for the winter. I tend to use the same ones all year. I will have to check when Aldi have some running gear.
