My Weak Self

I can't explain how weak I am today for some reasons I don't know. I feel so tired and already having heavy eyes unlike me who stays up till late.

Could it be that I am unwell or it's just a normal thing? I know, I wasn't doing anything to keep me busy or anything hard all day long but I feel so tired like I did some kinda hard labour.
