Tiempo de calidad en el parque [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Con la llegada de la primavera y por supuesto del buen clima, ha sido posible llevar al parque a Olivia más seguido y esta actividad no solo ella lo disfruta, como ven en las fotos mi esposo y yo también lo disfrutamos mucho, especialmente por verla a ella feliz, disfrutando y también viendo como se vuelve muy independiente (porque claro justo ahora está en una etapa que no quiere ayuda para hacer algunas cosas), además que es un tiempo de calidad que tenemos en familia. Ahora bien, algo que me encanta de vivir en Polonia es que hay parques infantiles por todos lados, muchos de ellos ubicados en sitios perfectos donde hay muchos árboles que dan frescura al parque y además que tapan el sol, otra cosa importante es que siempre están limpios y son parque encerrados (esto último importante cuando se trata de niños pequeños).

Además llevarlos al parque tiene muchos beneficios, uno de ellos es el desarrollo de la autonomía, se ejercitan ellos y a veces los padres también jajaja, desarrollan su imaginación o creatividad al manipular objetos o incluso a través del movimiento mientras juegan en el parque, por ejemplo Olivia ya aprendió la manera de subirse por las escaleras para tirarse por el tobogan (esto es algo que ella disfruta mucho, y claro que de igual forma mi esposo y yo estamos ahí muy atentos de ella dispuestos a ayudarla), y si estan en contacto con la naturaleza como lo es el caso de este parque favorecen la motricidad y otro beneficio es que se relacionan con otros niños y aprenden a compartir, seguro que hay muchos más beneficios, estos son solo algunos de ellos, lo importante es sacar un poco de tiempo para disfrutar estos momentos que son muy especiales con nuestros hijos ya que sin duda crecen muy rápido.

With the arrival of spring and of course the good weather, it has been possible to take Olivia to the park more often and this activity not only she enjoys it, as you can see in the pictures my husband and I also enjoy it a lot, especially to see her happy, enjoying and also seeing how she becomes very independent (because of course right now she is in a stage that does not want help to do some things), plus it is a quality time we have as a family. Now, something I love about living in Poland is that there are playgrounds everywhere, many of them located in perfect places where there are many trees that give freshness to the park and also block the sun, another important thing is that they are always clean and are enclosed parks (the latter is important when it comes to small children).

Also taking them to the park has many benefits, one of them is the development of autonomy, they exercise themselves and sometimes the parents too hahaha, they develop their imagination or creativity by manipulating objects or even through movement while playing in the park, for example Olivia has already learned how to climb the stairs to go down the slide (this is something she enjoys very much), And if they are in contact with nature as is the case of this park, they favor motor skills and another benefit is that they interact with other children and learn to share, there are surely many more benefits, these are just some of them, the important thing is to take a little time to enjoy these moments that are very special with our children as they certainly grow up very fast.
