공원길에 운동기구들이 있다. 이들을 사용하여 근력을 키우는 것도 좋다. 나는 가끔 허리 돌리기를 했는데, 앞으로는 가능한 매일 하는 게 좋겠다고 생각한다. 앞으로 허리 근력이 약해지면 일상생활에 영향을 받을지도 모른다. 나는 노년에도 아프지 않고 편안하게 살고 싶다.
