My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2025
Noticed that last time I time-blocked myself, i received good result and success even though it was unpaid WFH internship. (It finished)
This time I will time-block myself to finish a project. I will write what i did each day to finish a project. I noticed that when i posted my daily productivity update, it drove growth.
From tomorrow, i'll try to finish my last unfinished project, in 15 days.
Should start a little log
Been falling off with improvement recently so this might help a bit
today I:
+meditated
+studied for a couple of hours
I want to get back on healthy eating habits, keep up my journalling (didn't today but did a lot yesterday), and get back in to the gym
Also it would be nice to do some mental work even though I'm on holiday from tomorrow, some private studying
I think these are pretty achievable goals.
