Motivation:,
My main motivation and focus: “to optimize my mental, social and physical spaces in order to live a more simple and joyful everyday life”
I’m soon done with university, I’ll also soon move to a new place, and I’ll soon have to find a new way to make a living. This 12 week challenge will help me guide myself in the right direction.
The main theme of my goals are seeking new opportunities, prepping for major life changes. Decluttering by reducing noise and clutter and cultivate and optimize the things I cherish and would like to focus on moving forward. Ultimately, I want to shape habits that corresponds with my sensory needs, my body and mind. time to blossom ❤️

Tactics:,
Each week I’ll make a weekly schedule. It will determine what I will be working and it will help me maintain a good routine and overview, breaking the goals down to tangible tasks.
I will also be able to track my work in that way.
Additionally, I will use a tracker to track the time used on work that needs to be done in a specific time-window. (Maybe I’ll add everything I do to that tracker, but I also do not want to find it counterproductive.)
Health/selfcare:,
- Walk in nature (daily)
- Mindfulness/yoga (5 times a week)
- Strength training: arms and legs (weekly)
- Bicycle or dance once a week (45 min)
Work on alexithymia (seek support and soothing instead of shutting down) (dynamic goal, mindset),
Proceed with ADHD-treatment - figure out the right weekly schedule/routine when medicated (dynamic goal/mindset),
Economy/optimization:,
- Declutter - finish one/two declutter task weekly from the “task-jar” I’ve made. (Weekly, 1-2 hrs)
- Begin selling stuff / practice minimizing my belongings (May-July)
Optimize and cherish the stuff I choose to keep (dynamic goal/mindset),
Creative/practise:,
- Do something creative/a practise each week (drawing, photography, botanical, language learning etc.)
- Finish my crochet blanket before August
- Break habit of toxic productivity (do one creative task/practise at a time - practicing mono-flow)
