What went right/wrong and how to improve?
I finally took some action on things that have been bothering me for a bit! Using my time tracker helps me see how much I've done.
In general I managed to complete all my tasks this week. I was really good with decluttering and optimizing stuff. I fixed my bicycle and my mirror for starters!
BUT the one thing is I’m bad at time management still when doing uni and work-related stuff, so I didn’t manage to quite follow my weekly schedule fully (as in stopping when time was off) Tuesday a 2 hr task turned into a 7 hr task, which threw me off schedule for the day and messed with my health a little.
I will try to be more mindful of taking breaks and not overworking. Following the goals I’ve set and not overdoing it. Then I can get 100% on health and work.
