I struggled with sleep this past week, though I gained new insights from a medical appointment that will help. I need to be stricter with scheduling and setting up a proper night routine.
I noticed I need to adapt faster when plans change. Small disruptions like shopping trips or events tend to throw off my schedule.
My environment (room, desk, etc.) has been cluttered, which I recognize affects my routine. I need to start tidying it up.
