My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2026
I hit my calorie goal today! And I ate all healthy foods which I'm very very proud of myself for 🙂 it definitely made me feel fuller as well and I ended up eating good portions. I do need to eat more veggies tho. Ik that would help a lot. But motivation isn't super easy.
I also don't cut out sweets n stuff. Like I'll have a piece of chocolate for dessert n a can of soda with lunch. Not a lot but ik if I did cut them I'd be miserable.
