My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2025

Greetings to everyone. I hope everything is well.

I reach 8599 on my daily activity as of writing this post. I am pretty much done for the day so it is my final count before I go to bed.

Before starting in Actifit, I don't mind what ever happens in a day. I will just go about my day, work and have a meal then sleep and wake up again tomorrow and do another day. Its like just waiting for the day to pass and wait for payday and thats about it.

But recently it changed, now I feel like I have a sense of purpose, its not that I am not concern with my health before, but its more active now, I have a goal. Like what Actifit says that 10000 is the ideal activity count according to medical practioner.

Now I have a goal to reach that 10000 activity count. But the biggest struggle is consistency. Actually in almost everything we do, we need to be consistent if we want to achieve great things in life. But I will be specific, in my activity count everyday, to reach 10000!

With actifits activity report, I can monitor if I have progress or reach my goal or if I am below. I am challenging myself, but not to the extent of overdoing it. And I am also thinking of rewarding myself if I can consistenly do this in fifteen days, maybe like a massage or something that can motivate me more.

I remember wayback when we use to go for a night jogging after our duty, we will reward ourselves with a good food on the nearby restaurant. And we were laughing after we eat because we just put back wieght again after all the effort of running and brisk walking in the oval. So this time I am not going for food but rather something relaxing reward.

Setting goals also requires focus, lots of distruction along the way can disrupt what I've started. Comfort is also one of the biggest enemy that I think I need to overcome. Its so easy just to lay down in sofa or bed and watch movie. And who will not want that, right? This will be a battle with myself😊. I can do this!
