Her house can be too much details on a person, probably because a point wants to be made. Some can be looking down on a lady for owning a house.

But either ways you cannot segregate the owners of the house, or even request for more details on the property.

I cannot even remember the time I ask about the owner of a property, I really think it is not my business to gather information that is not beneficial to me.
