Lily!
Hello everyone, how are you doing today?
I want to share the drawing of another flower I drew, and this time it is a common flower called LILY.
Even for a layman who does not know anything about flowers, Lily is a major name I recognize.
Lily is an English name used in reference to the popular white, showy flower. It signifies purity and innocenceLink
I guess that's why some folks name their kids Lily too, to express the innocence of the child.
This flower also has similar names that are called by various persons, such as, Lilia, Lilith etc
Lilium (/ˈlɪliəm/ LIL-ee-əm)[3] is a genus of herbaceous flowering plants growing from bulbs, all with large prominent flowers. They are the true lilies. Lilies are a group of flowering plants which are important in culture and literature in much of the world. Most species are native to the Northern Hemisphere and their range is temperate climates and extends into the subtropics. Many other plants have "lily" in their common names, but do not belong to the same genus and are therefore not true lilies.link
The flower lily can also symbolize love shared, and this is why I love it and chose to draw it, expressing it to you too.
Below are the steps to the drawing:
Thank you for your time...
