BCB's steps after the failure of T-20 world cup.

Recently, Bangladesh played in T-20 world cup and Knocked Out without wining a single game in main stage of the tournament. Fans and board hoping more from them but they can't. Before the start of this tournament , they are hoping to play in semi-final but the actual scenario is worst.

Bangladesh team practiced well and for first time they won over mighty Australia and New-Zealand. That's why everyone is hoping more from them. But , they lost their all matches in main part and also against Scotland in the second stage of the tournament. They wasn’t good at batting, bowling and also fielding. They misses many catches in crucial moment of the match. That's why Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) trying to find out the problems. What's gone wrong for them. They already thinking about some changes for the better result.

Nobody accept this type of performance in world stage. That's a shameful for a country. Bangladesh is a test playing country, but their performance looks like they aren't a professional team. They didn't batted well also they misses many chances when fielding. Lost a match due to their poor finishing. T20 is a hard hitting game but Bangladesh haven’t any hard hitters. All three departments failed at the same time. That's why BCB wants to make changes. Let's see what they want to change :

1. BCB wants Mohammad Salauddin as a Assistant coach of Bangladesh cricket.

2. They want to change fielding coach for his failure.

3. BCB offers Tamim Iqbal as a T-20 captain of Bangladesh team.

4. BCB wants to replace head coach Rasel Domingo by Chandika Hathurusingha.

5. BCB wants a new player selector.

6. Liton and Soumya is out from T-20 sqaud. Parvez Hossain Emon and Towhid Hridoy could be replace them.

7. BCB will organised new tournament’s for finding hard heaters.

8. All coaching staffs could be sacked any time.
