Shakib Al Hasan !! One of the proud names of cricket in the country. Today is the 35th birthday of Shakib Al Hasan. He was born on March 24, 1987, in Magura. Bangladesh cricket team has made Shakib's birthday colorful. Because, a few hours before the birthday, the Bangladesh team won the series by beating them on South African soil for the first time by making history. And Shakib is an important and proud member of that team. However, Shakib is mentally retarded as his family members are ill. But he is great, irresistible with bat &ball.

Shakib's father Mashroor Reza was an officer of Krishi Bank. He was a football fan. So he wanted the boy to grow up and become a footballer. But, instead of being a footballer, he has become a cricketer. Magura's talented boy took the attention umpire while playing rural cricket. From there he was brought to Islampurpara Club in Magura. After coming there, he didn't have to look back. With one foot, two feet, that little Shakib has become the lifeblood of Bangladesh. Became the poster boy of cricket, the best all-rounder in the world.

Initially, Shakib was admitted to BKSP for six months course. While there, at the age of 15, he got the opportunity to play for the under-19 team. Besides, he was listed in the Khulna divisional team to play in the national league. In the final of the Under-19 tri-national tournament in 2005, Shakib helped the team win by scoring a century off 86 balls and taking 3 wickets. During the 2006 tour of Zimbabwe, Shakib got the opportunity to play in the Bangladesh national team for the first time. Shakib made his Test debut in Chittagong against India the year after his ODI debut.
