La Liga : One of most popular league in the world.

Do you know, which are top five popular and competitive football league in the world right now? Those are :- 1.Premier League (England) 2. La Liga (Spain) 3. Serie A (Italy) 4. Bundesliga (Germany) 5. Primeira Liga (Portugal). There are many reasons behind the popularity of those league. Compared to the leagues of other countries in the world, those league has advanced technology, facilities and also world class players . Today i wanna talk about Spanish football league La-Liga and it's present situation.

La Liga was founded in 1929, which was 92 years ago. By passing days, it's gain more and more popularity around the world. In La Liga, total 20 teams competed each other, with the three lowest placed teams at the end of each season being relegated to the Segunda Division and they are replaced by the top two teams and a playoff winner in that division. It is one of the most popular professional football league in whole world, where with an average attendance of 26,930 supporters for league matches in 2018-19 season. That was the third highest after the Bundesliga and the Premier League.

In La-Liga, there are around 9/10 teams which are same compare to their team strength. You can't say who will win the title before the end of full season, anything can happen in any time. As an example, the winner of La Liga title in 2020/21 season is a Madrid club Atletico-Madrid, but in previous year ( season 2019-20) the winner of league title is another Madrid club Real-Madrid. You also shocked to know that, Barcelona is the winner of league title in 2018-19 season. So, there is a three different winner in last three season. By this we can see, how much competitive this league is?

From It's Foundation, a total 62 teams have competed in the La Liga, where nine teams have been crowned as Champions. The highest time title winner is Real Madrid as they win La Liga title in 34 times. Many football legends played in this league. Such as Ronaldinho,, Andres Iniesta, Xavi, Iker Casillias and many others. Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo is the living legend of La Liga club Barcelona and Real Madrid. They made many histories with their club.

At presently, the season 2021-22 is running and already nearly half of matches were played. This year points table looks very tight as many clubs competing for the title. But Real Madrid are slightly ahead as they are top in the table with 46 points. Karim Benzima and Vinisius Jr is performing outstandingly well for RM. Sevilla is in second, but they are eight point behind table topper Real Madrid with 38 points. On the other hand, spanish giant Barcelona wasn’t in good form this year. They are in seventh position with only 28 points. It's looks very hard for them to compite with the table toppers.
