My Actifit Report Card: January 20 2023

My friend and I decided to dust off out Friday walks. She work very near the biggest park in our town and welcomes a lunchtime walk, which reminds her the weekend is about to start.

And me? Well… lucky me! Despite my moaning about how difficult it is to find a job 4 times a week, I have enjoyed Fridays off for quite a few years now. Funny that…

The little lake was almost completely frozen. Not sure I’d risk ice skating on it, but it did look pretty solid.

Despite the freezing temperatures, the weather was glorious, so we enjoyed it greatly.

Yes sis, all frozen 🥶 You could probably walk on it, but we didn’t risk 😉

You’d survive. Just many layers of warm clothes and ready for a walk 😃
