My Actifit Report Card: August 21 2023

At work my name is no longer Maciej, as Maciej is back from holiday and gave me a big hug and thanked for covering up for him ☺️

While that’s super cute, I kinda miss rushing around and being more involved. I’m back to my usual activities and there is not that much of them at the moment, so I have time to familiarise myself with some documentation I had no time to do before, but still the day was kinda boring.

I did my usual walks, but I noticed my tight muscle is playing up again and I can feel the pain as I walk, so I took it relatively easy.

Weird thing though… I walked sometimes up to 40k steps while I was away at Boom Town and I felt no pain in that area whatsoever and now that I’m back to the usual routine and doing circa 10k steps per day I feel the pain again. That’s really odd.

No additional walks after work, as I had to go shopping and that topped up my steps a little.
