My Actifit Report Card: August 22 is 2023
Yesterday was a usual Tuesday, although apart from work walks and dancing with Tina on her carpet, we also went for a little dog walk to a nearby shop to grab dinner.
The one we both fancied was not available at small Tesco’s we went to, so we opted for fish and chips instead.
Not sure whether it was fish and chips or the reduced price pesto wrap I had while we walked back, but my stomach was flipping bad after the dinner and I had to visit toilet often 🙈
Even today my stomach still feels sensitive, so I might end up having a fast day today. Will see how I feel around lunchtime.
When I was about to leave for work from Tina’s place this morning, Pepsi decided it was good time to play with my laces 😂 Animals are so funny, aren’t they?
