My Actifit Report Card: October 2 2023

Just a quicky today, as I got busy reading at my lunchtime walk and I don’t wanna be antisocial writing here while visiting my friend.

Nothing special yesterday. I had little sleep, so it took me quite a while to wake up once I arrived at work. Work of course super busy, as my young colleague is on holiday, so I’m doing his job and mine’s, which makes my days a bit manic and I was leaving work almost 2 hours late.

Of course I still completed my walks at breaks, but the usual jog afterwards had to wait for another time.

The plan was to have an early night, after just 3h of sleep then night before, but did it happen? Dream on 😂 By the time I got home, ate, wrote posts on both of my accounts, I was totally wiped out, but I kept reading more content and interacting.

The will to do so doesn’t happen so often, so I was riding that sudden wave until way past midnight 🙄 Oh well, I’ll sleep another day 😂
