En lo que prácticamente fue una práctica de bateo en Valencia, los visitante Tigres de Aragua se ensañaron contra la nave turca, al vencer 14 carreras a 5 al Magallanes. Los marinos no pudieron descifrar el pitcheo de los selváticos sino hasta el octavo episodio. Durante casi 6 episodios, Jean Pinto dictó cátedra de pitcheo y solo aceptó 3 imparables sin carreras, ponchando a 2 y embasando gratis a 3. Yasiel Puig sigue sin conseguir el rumbo en la liga y pareciera que sus mejores años han pasado, al encontrarse bateando para un famélico .225. Alberth Martínez y Eduardo Escobar fueron las grúas visitantes y entre ambos impulsaron 7 carreras (la mitad de las anotadas por el equipo). Magallanes no ha podido corregir el rumbo de la nave y caen en el foso aún más con racha de 3 perdidos y a siete juegos de la punta. Los Tigres siguen al acecho de la Águilas en el 2do. lugar a medio juego detrás de los líderes.
