It must be frustrating for everyone that players developed by the team (Bears) can't be retained to win simply because of the salary cap. Hopefully, that's not the case, and they can restructure their contracts, but if they can't, we wish them the best and hope their replacements perform as well as or better than them in their positions. They can also consider free agents.
