To be completely honest, they should do what OKC did a few years ago: try to make trades for future draft picks instead of finishing in the middle of the standings. That's not good enough. In two years, they can get first-round draft picks and build a winning team, just like they did with many young players. That's the model they should look to in order to build that future, just like the Bears did.
