RE: What are the Bulls up to?

Honestly, I don't think these are good changes. They should have acquired at least one more first-round pick, or maybe they'll do it using those second-round picks they have in a trade. But it's time to rebuild and get out of those positions where they're losing and secure a high draft pick. First, they have to be a little mediocre to then try to pick well and take the team to the top in the near future.
