Hello sports fans.

One of you saw it right away.

@suntree has guessed directly on a hula hoop.
The younger ones among us here on the Chain surely don't know it.

We laughed more in the garden than anything else.
Since we have purchased tires for training and not just for fun, the tires also weigh almost 1 kg.

After we finally made a few laps, we immediately noticed our abs.
This is more than you think.
So for starters, don't overdo it in any case.

Wir haben im Garten mehr gelacht als alles andere.
Da wir uns Reifen fürs Training und nicht nur für Spaß angeschafft haben wiegen die Reifen auch fast 1 kg.

Nach dem wir endlich einige Runden geschafft hatten, merkten wir sofort unsere Bauchmuskeln.
Das haut mehr rein als man denkt.
Für den Anfang darf man es also auf keinen Fall übertreiben.
