My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2022


So, for the past 3 day that I have constantly being able to do twice the milestone of 5k, If not for #actifit I would never have known how much of energy I use everyday even with just some daily activities. I just hope am not over using my self 😏.

But the point is this app helps to keep record of my level of activities which I believe it is useful to make decision on when and how to give the body rest. If you already know all the your daily activities and how much point it generates on here, then you would be able to read that this particular exercise or house chores takes big chunk of your energy, then you will know that when you need rest, you already know the things to stay away from for the main time. (My thoughts tho)
