My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2021


Hey, Actifiters!

This actifit report was from yesterday's physical activities. And yes, another day at the gym and doing quite good with my routine now compared the past few of weeks.

I went around 10am when baby was doing his school. I made sure I had everything ready for him and thank you to my sister, @gerel for taking over my mommie responsibility while I was at the gym. He's school last's three hours, including playtime with his friend Josiah, a smart and clever kid, three months older than him and they both get along very well.

There were two other people at the gym after about ten minutes of me using the treadmill and am not sure how I felt about seeing other people that I barely see at the gym because now a days, most people are afraid to be in a smaller close space unlike the big outdoor. I think I was happy and sad at the same time because I love to see people who takes the time to workout even if its just a couple of minutes. It's better than not doing any exercises at all.

Anyways, below are the exercises I did at the gym:

  • 15 minutes on the treadmill
  • 5 minutes rowing machine
  • some push ups on the bench
  • Tricep workout using 10pounds dumbbells, second set, switching each arms. Overhead tricep workout both arms, with 15 pounds dumbbell and performed until failure
  • 5 minutes ab working with the huge ball. Lifting over head and twisting the torso when bringing the ball down.

That's pretty much my workout yesterday and so far when I checked my fitbit today, a notification popped up on my screen:

Yay! Way yo go! Thanks to my fitbit for tracking my milestone and @actifit for pretty much helping me motivate to staying active. I hope I inspired you today to stay healthy and active!
