My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2023

After a hiatus of a few days of non exercising bout, I finally got some time to exercise.

Nothing too serious and difficult. Just a 30 minutes walk at the park while running errands on the side.

I really want to trim my tummy so I need to exercise more and walking is definitely not enough.

What should be my game plan? Hmm...

I broke my long walks down into chunks so I could rest on the way there and back. That way, something that could have been tiring and stressful, instead became welcoming and joyus.

To avoid to get your Vote Power stuck at 100%- and not earning because not curating - , (and obviously as well to avoid to be late to upvote posts of people you like), please consider to put an autovote on some (like me?) .
