My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

Today was such a good day. Today I went for duty only in the afternoon and woke up late in the morning, so because of this I got good rest. I spent time with my friends in the evening and also had a good time in my hospital. My friends looked at me differently today and they couldn't believe how I was so fresh, but when we get good rest, our brain remains fresh and the whole body remains fresh. I had done too much activity and I am sure of it.
