Team Building Activity and Office Birthday Celebration organized by HR made the day special and memorable

Greetings of the day,

Frieds, today was something different in the office. When I reached the office in the morning, there was a stir in the atmosphere. An activity was placed on "Team Word" by the HR team, in which the entire team was divided into small groups. Each group was given a word, and according to its thinking on it was to make the team something creative. Some made a poster, some slogan, and some teams also prepared small acts.

The aim of this activity was to promote our teamwork, communication and creative thinking. The best thing was that everyone was involved with the full enthusiasm. Usually, people are a little dull in the morning, but this morning was absolutely fresh and energetic as per mine observation. Some people hesitated a bit, but when everyone started working together, the atmosphere gradually became even more fun.

Such activities fill new energy in office life. When we do something different from the desk and task, it is not only fun but also gives a chance to know each other in a better way. The conversation increases, relationships are strong and positivity also comes in the work environment.

As soon as this afternoon after this morning movement, another surprise was waiting. It was the birthday of our boss, and the team quietly made a small celebration plan. We gathered in the conference room with cakes, flowers bouquet, gifts and lots of smiles. As soon as the boss came in, everyone welcomed him with loud applause and "Happy Birthday".

Seeing the smile of his face, it seemed that how special this small attempt can be made. Cake cutting moment was the most fun as usual. Everyone enjoyed this moment a lot. Some people completed lunch by eating cakes, and some sat together after celebration.

Along with work in the office, such small moments are very important. They not only make the day special but also join the memories of the coming days. This morning the team started with activity and ended with birthday celebrations in the afternoon, but a positive energy remained throughout the day.

Today, about 6000 steps were completed, in which there was a lot of movement from the meeting room in the activity hall, then cake selection and other preparations. All this is a different kind of activeness. Without planning, but it was done from the heart.

There was an atmosphere of laughter, stir and solidarity throughout the day. In such a day, there are a fresh air gust in the runaway of the office. Work is done every day, but when relationships are formed together, memories and faces smiled only then the office really becomes more than the office.
