My Actifit Report Card: August 14 2025 | Memories of one day: journey in day and duty at night

Today was a day for me into two different colors. The morning and day were spent in resting and walking, while the night reminded me of my professional role.

After waking up in the morning, the weather was very pleasant, so I thought why not roam a little outside instead of sitting in the house throughout the day. Plated in the camera bag and went out to visit some parts of the city. Some old and beautiful places were seen while walking on the path, where I stopped and took pictures. The most special thing about these places was their calm atmosphere and the colors that give relief to the eyes. Light air coming from the middle of the trees and walking under the open roof of the sky, really lightens the mind. The journey of the day was not limited to walking, but it was also a way to refresh itself.

While in the evening, I returned home and rested for a while, because I knew that I had the duty of the hospital at night. While going on duty, there is always a feeling of a different responsibility in the mind. Especially when you have to do some work related to the patient's health. A sample was to be taken for blood investigation of a patient at night. I prepared all the necessary materials, sanitize the hands and performed blood collection with the entire protocol. These moments always remind me that nursing is not just a profession, but it is a promise for the care and good of the patient.

The pictures of the day were captured in my camera, while the memories of the night in my heart. Relaxation found in daylight and satisfaction in night duty. The two together made today a memorable day.
