My Actifit Report Card: Saturday is a peaceful and auspicious day of worship.

Yesterday Saturday was a very special day for us because amidst the daily hustle and bustle of the hospital there was a different peaceful atmosphere yesterday. There were smiles on everyone's faces since morning because together we had organized the puja of Mother Goddess. This puja was not only a spiritual experience but also a beautiful opportunity to unite the entire staff.

The morning started with preparations. Flower garlands, lamps, prasad, and all the puja items were beautifully decorated from our management. As everyone started gathering, positive energy started spreading throughout the campus. The atmosphere became sacred with the sound of temple bells and chanting of mantras.

Everyone participated in the puja with full heart and devotion. Panditji conducted the puja duly and all the employees took turns in taking part in Aachman, Pushpanjali and Aarti. Even people who are usually busy with their work felt completely connected to this moment.

The best part of this puja was that everyone contributed their part someone like brought flowers, someone prepared the prasad and someone helped with the decoration. This was a beautiful example of cooperation and unity. After the puja, everyone took the prasad together and wished each other.

In a place like a hospital, where there are so many responsibilities and stresses every day, such quiet and devotional moments really give mental peace and positivity. For some time, everyone got away from their work, worries and hustle and bustle and just got immersed in that feeling of devotion.

The activity level throughout the day was also good – preparations for the puja, decoration, and participation in the event – ​​all in all, it was a day full of enthusiasm and energy.

This Saturday was not only a religious day but also a memorable experience, which taught us all that nothing is greater than devotion and unity.
