My Chainsawing, Plum Picking Actifit Report Card: September 2 2019
A couple of hours and a few tanks of gas got me 10 rounds cut from the house side fir. I was cutting from the bottom so each round took a while since the tree was about 19" diameter and my bar 20". I have finally got my touch down so I am keeping the saw cutting and not bogging down.
Holy balls did my body get sore from the sawing. My shoulders and left elbow are seriously sore.
After resting a while post chainsawing I harvested the rest of the plums on the farm. I ended up with 22 pounds. Only a couple pounds from the green gauge while about 20 from the purple Italians. The biggest plums came from the tree nearest the creek, which reminds me I need to set an irrigation line up on the plums to try and help them do better next year.

It is the next day and my body is sore. I have too much to do though so am going to power through this and hope I can stretch it out enough.
