My Actifit Report Card: August 2 2022

After doing the correct thing and getting my chores (picking in the garden) done first I went for a mile walk around the upper property loop. It was hot but I found a fistful of feathers under a couple of new preening trees in the sheep pen which made my time longer but my enjoyment a good bit higher.

A catastrophe was VERY luckily averted and hopefully a lesson was learned. See my morning post for the story. I am a bit amazed at my calmness thru it.

More picking in the afternoon and I trimmed all the tomatoes up to reduce side shoots.
