My Actifit Report Card: October 31 2022

Finally took the trampoline down for the winter. It always amazes me to see so many people who leave them up through winter to get destroyed. It takes but 15 minutes to take it down and about 20 to put it up, not a big time investment for the days of play the kids get.

Took boys trunk or treating after dinner at Applebees and now I am soaking early as my back is trashed.

So many of these trampolines get flipped over where I live! Highwinds can destroy these quickly, glad you were able to take yours down for winter! Congratulations on your healthy 12 K @actifit steps today, I hope your back feels better soon rest.......

I remember being assigned trampoline setup and teardown duty. I never used it much myself. It was a good place for stargazing on summer nights though.
