My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2024

We finally got sun, after the fog burned off. It's been a while and it helped get us up over 50F today. Went to chiro and saw just how messed up my spine is on xrays and got a tiny bit of relief, more will start wednesday. Cut the pieces of sheetrock and have the top installed and the bottom temped until I can clean behind the tub.
