My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2024
After my wonderful chiro appt this morning I stopped and got feed for the turkey chicks that will be here this week. I need to work on the brooder hut to fix it up some as it is degrading. I have the trailer ready for the grain run in the morning which I have no clue where it will get dumped.

How many chicks will you have? And how long will all this food last?
We are getting 25 turkeys and I'm not sure how long the food will last. I should really go get another 2 bags so I at least have 10lbs of feed per bird available. I'm hoping the feed will get them to at least 6 weeks old but may only last 4 if they are pigs.
Hahaha, I hope for your sake they're not pigs then! Anyway, I can't wait to see how it turns out!
Are the feeds for your Turkeys always expensive?
I got it on sale so it's not too bad, about $0.43/lb but this is for the chick starter grower so it is always more expensive than regular bird feed.
