My Actifit Report Card: April 18 2026

Shit night of sleep last night as I had a dream, which is totally foreign to me and left me in a weird place this morning.

Got @stryeyz a MUCH better bike at the spokane bike swap today. Same brand as my road bike and super easy shifters. We went for a ride to the lake then I took off for another 15 miles for 23.85 total. Am over 600 this year so far but my focus seems to be all wrong in life. Likely have to temper my training so I am less focused on it. Damned no matter what it seems.

Clearly you missed the point of the conversation...I did NOT say you need to spend less time biking. I said you need to spend more time initiating connection with me. I referenced the bike because YOU WANT TO GO BIKING but you are not choosing to initiate connection with me. So clearly you do not want connection with me, is the message you are sending me. If that's not the message you want to send, then start sending a different message, and using the tools I've given you...

Your lack of ownership is what's causing issues here. Not you going biking.
