RE: Formula One Race Tracks 2027 Onwards

I've been watching F1 for several years now, and it's crazy how much F1 has grown commercially in recent years. Unfortunately, many tracks can't afford the price to be on the calendar. That's why there haven't been any races in Germany for a long time, because there's no funding. I think the idea of rotating tracks year after year is really good, as it adds variety and means that iconic tracks such as Spa (Belgium) don't disappear from the calendar completely.

Till now it has been up to the owners of the tracks to fund the hosting fees and that is now changing with governments wanting to generate more tax revenue. You would think Germany could afford to have a race even if it was co sponsored by Mercedes or VW (Audi). Lets hope they start changing the calendar around and have more race tracks than weekends so each year is different.
