The challenge is going great! I think the next step is to do weekly push-ups or some other exercises. However, I always hesitate to start because I think it's too late for me to get a beach body. However, let's see if I can convince myself otherwise.

That's a great goal.
Can you do proper pull-ups? I saw a video on how to start that, it takes a while but it should do some proper impact in about 2 months 💪🏼

Probably not. But I don't have a pull-up bar. I need to check if there's a park or somewhere similar where I can train. However, I know there aren't any parks with pull-up bars near me.
