Thank you, it's a kind of mushrooms that destroyes itself on the end of it's life
Yeah... the mushrooms we see are actually just the fruiting body. Once it has released spores, it's job is done, and it dies off. The bulk of the organism is actually underground: the mycelium. It lives on
