Day 3 of my Actifit App testing: October 7 2025
(This photo, like the ones in the last two reports, was taken on our Zugspitze hike in the middle of September. Since the cows blocked the official trail, we had to cross the meadow.)
Hi guys,
today is the third actifit app testing day.
Everything is still working more or less fine. After the app counted a few more steps than my Garmin watch yesterday, today it shows about 1k steps less. But I think about 24k steps is still a good achievement. I made most of them during another crossfit workout.
The workout included bicep curls, lateral raises, and rows, all with dumbbells. I also did crunches and pull-ups. Pull-ups are maybe way too much, though. If I'm honest, I only managed one clean pull-up. I hope this training pays off and I can do more soon. ;-)

Schön, noch jemand hier der Crossfit macht. Ich dachte ich wäre hier der einzige. Pull-Ups sind bei mir auch nicht viele. Da ich noch Probleme mit der Schulter habe, lasse ich auch intensives Training dort weg.
Ich weiß gar nicht, ob man bei meinem Training wirklich von Crossfit sprechen kann. Eigentlich ist es mehr eine Mischung aus Krafttraining und Aerobic-Elementen, aber Actifit bietet keine passendere Sportart.

Möge es deiner Schulter bald wieder besser gehen. Tatsächlich kann ich wegen meiner linken Schulter, Tennisarm links und Golferarm rechts auch nur eingeschränkt trainieren. Termin beim Orthopäden ist in zwei Wochen. Dann gehts hoffentlich bergauf.
