No workout because of a cortisone injection - October 17 2025

(This photo was taken in July of this year on a hike to the Rehleitenkopf, a summit in the Mangfall Mountains in Bavaria.)
Hi Actifitters,
as mentioned in yesterday's report, I had a doctor's appointment yesterday regarding my shoulder problems.
Fortunately, the ultrasound and x-rays were normal. On the one hand, that's good, but on the other, I would have liked to know where the recurring pain was coming from. Be that as it may, I finally decided to get a cortisone injection. This meant I couldn't train yesterday, but my shoulder actually feels better. Hopefully, this is a lasting improvement and not just a temporary fix.
Today, after two days off, I'm finally allowed to train again, and I'll do so right away. I'm curious to see how my shoulder feels after the workout.
That's all for today.
Be kind to each other and keep moving!
