Recovery and a longer relaxed walk - October 20 2025

(Autumn means pumpkin time. Made this pic on yesterdays walk near my home. You see a field where you can take the pumpkin you want and pay on basis of trust.)

Hi Actifitters,

because of the unbalanced sleep over the past few days, I decided not to train yesterday. Instead, I went for a longer walk and got some fresh air. That was probably a good idea, because I slept a little better last night. I've probably been overtraining recently, so my body needs more recovery.
For that reason, I'll take it easy today too. I will do a quick set of push-ups anyway. Because we have pretty nice weather today I will go out for another walk before starting my late shift later.
