Regression in push-ups and a nice autumn walk - October 21 2025

(It was a little windy when I was out for a walk yesterday. As you can see on the photo many colored leaves are leaving their trees to go on a flight.)
Hi Actifitters,
as mentioned, I am taking it easier these days to improve factors like sleep and training readiness. It seem that I have done too much recently. This gives me time to enjoy the beauty of autumn on longer walks.

Yesterday I did just that. The sun was shining, and I went on a 7 kilometer tour outside the town. I love it when nature changes its color.

I also collected a little trash on my walk. It's sad how much people throw away, even far from civilization. The most unusual thing was a tattered and soggy book about Karl Marx.

In total, I ended up with two bags full of trash. If I'd had another bag with me, I could have filled it too. I'll go there again the next days.

Beforehand, however, I did a short push-up workout. Unfortunately, I didn't make any progress. I managed 152 push-ups in five sets. That means 10 fewer than my last workout. But I am not discouraged. Next time, it will be better.
