Little progress in push-ups 🥳 - October 23 2025

Hi Actifitters,
yesterday I had another push-ups workout. After a short regression period I could achieve a small progress of two push-ups, what makes me really happy. In total I could do 154 in five sets. I could also gain a small progress in close push-ups (26 in five sets). Looking forward to my next push-ups workout.
Further I made a short 30 minutes indoor cycling session to see how the Actifit app handles steps while cycling. Garmin realizes that you are cycling and won't count steps but Actifit counted around 3k steps. Let's see how many steps I can cycle in when I do another longer cycling session in future.
Today is a rest day in terms of sports. Besides work I will only go shopping later and do some house chores.
