Successful push-up workout and indoor cycling- October 26 2025

Hi Actifitters,
yesterday was a good training day. In addition to my push-up routine, I also did a decent indoor cycling session. In total, I exercised for 3.5 hours.
During push-up training, I was able to make progress in both regular push-ups and close-grip push-ups. In five sets each, I managed 157 regular push-ups and 30 close-grip push-ups, which represents an increase of three push-ups per exercise.
Since I still had plenty of energy left, I decided to jump on my indoor bike afterwards. Garmin recommended an one-hour, 45-minutes session at an average of 115 watts. So I started pedaling and covered a distance of 36 kilometers. Perhaps I should have cut it a bit shorter, because my training readiness dropped from an initial 78% to 10%, meaning I have to take another recovery day today.
Because Garmin did not count steps while cycling there is a difference of nearly 9k steps in relation to the Actifit app.
Let's see how I spend the recovery time. I would love to go for a longer walk, but the weather is really miserable today. Maybe I'll watch a movie again after a while.
